I am the author of a whole new website receiving hundreds of thousands of visits every year. I create solutions that balance user needs and business outcomes by conducting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative research, including usability testing and behavioral/conversion analysis. I have owned a large marketing budget and managed international teams focused on launching, scaling, and optimizing the web to drive sales and revenue.
